When is my rent due?
Rent payment is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees will be assessed as described in your lease agreement. Residents are responsible for timely payment of all utilities.
How can I access community amenities?
While Sugarloaf Residential pays HOA fees, it is your responsibility to contact the HOA to obtain facilities access badges.
What is the pet policy?
We love pets! All Sugarloaf Residential properties come with some of the most pet-friendly policies in the industry, subject to breed restrictions as well as HOA rules and regulations.
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Yes. Residents must maintain renters insurance for the duration of their lease. Renters insurance is designed to protect your personal property, liability and loss of use.
How can I obtain forms or documents?
If you need forms, such as a notice to vacate, or documents such as a copy of your lease, please contact customercare@rentsugarloaf.com. Please allow up to 7 business days for your documents to arrive.
